Survey Process
Quy trình làm Adhoc Survey qua IRIS (Tool self-served survey của CIO) — từ chuẩn bị bảng câu hỏi đến gửi duyệt notification.
Context
Khi nào dùng process này
Adhoc Survey qua IRIS — dùng khi phát sinh nhu cầu tự survey mà không cần brief CIO.Ai làm gì
- Requester: tự thiết kế survey & setup Athena
- CIO: duyệt notification survey
- Marcom/Media: chuẩn bị brief + bảng câu hỏi, submit request
- Media: setup segment (bước 4) — đây là bước Media được involve
Media's role highlight
Media sẽ own hết nếu là requester (project lead); nếu request đến từ Marcom hoặc Creative, Media hỗ trợ lấy segment only.6 bước làm survey

Chuẩn bị bảng câu hỏi
- Vào file CIO Adhoc Survey Working File
- Duplicate sheet: [Example_Adhoc Survey]
- Chỉnh sửa bảng câu hỏi
Khi viết câu hỏi: Unaided/TOM trước → Aided sau. Behavior trước → Attitude sau. Scale 5 điểm.

Submit request & duyệt nội dung
- Submit Form request survey
- Manager review bảng câu hỏi (file đính kèm trong email)
- Chỉnh sửa theo feedback từ Manager
- Manager xác nhận qua email: "Confirm"

Setup Survey trên Athena
- Đăng nhập Athena Survey — Account: BMC - Brand & Marketing (Business Admin)
- Setup Survey trên Athena — follow Guideline

Setup Segment
Liên hệ Media để setup segment.
📍 Media's role: Media sẽ own hết nếu là requester (project lead); nếu request đến từ Marcom hoặc Creative, Media hỗ trợ lấy segment only.

Setup Notification trên Athena
- Duplicate campaign:

- Campaign name
- Push Date
- Push Time
- Segment
- Content
- Form_id
- Push test để kiểm tra:
- Notification hiển thị đúng
- Link survey hoạt động đúng
- Submit notification

Gửi duyệt Notification
- Vào group: [CIO - Adhoc Survey] Project Tracker Pilot
- Tìm thread có tên Form Request đã submit ở Bước 2
- Gửi campaign name notification vào thread
- Tag PIC của CIO để duyệt notification
